We are three students (the room we're renting is from a girl that is going to Italy in erasmus and we are 3 guys). It is available from July 2009 on.
We would like to have an erasmus (girl or boy) in our room, to mix cultures, etc...
Because our friend comes back in March, we would prefer someone that comes for one semestre.

The room is 205euros plus internet, water, electricity and gas (around 30euros).
It's a good apartment, very close to the metro (Lumiar Station - yellow line). There is a large area to park (for free) and there are supermarkets, banks, taxi squares, etc.. closeby.

The apartment is located in Lumiar.
3 metro stations to reach Cidade Universitária (were the major universities are).

It's a single room, as you can see.

This is the kitchen (we only have washmachine, we don't have dishwasher).
